Our Butterflies classroom is designed for toddlers 18 months to 2 years by August 31.
The student to teacher ratio does not exceed 10 children to 2 teachers.
For most children, this is the first time they will be in community care. At this age their language is emergent, they develop large and fine motor skills, and begin socializing with others outside of their family unit.
Based on each child’s level of development they manipulate puzzles and experiment with art and science. Teachers read and sing to enhance language development. They also encourage independence at each child’s own pace. Most of all each child has a chance for imaginative play and to explore the many interactive toys in the classroom.
Toddler teachers serve their students with amazing patience and love while maintaining a safe environment. Our teachers’ love and passion for young children help them to value each child’s unique gifts and talents.
